 IF YOU ARE NOT PRE-ESTABLISHED WITH OUR COMPANY
ALL PURCHASES MUST BE SETTLED IN FULL WITHIN TWO
HOURS AFTER THE FINAL  LOT IS SOLD BY CASH, CASHIER'S
CHECK PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECKS  ACCOMPANIED
BY A BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE. CASH  BUYERS WILL BE
REQUIRED TO POST A $500.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT THE
TIME OF REGISTRATION. BUYERS PAYING WITH CASHIER'S
CHECKS OR PERSONAL/COMPANY CHECKS WILL BE REQUIRED
TO PRESENT LETTERS OF GUARANTEE, AND CASHIER'S CHECK
AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECKS
WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID
LETTER OF GUARANTEE FROM YOUR BANK.

10% BUYERS PREMIUM PLUS TAX ON ALL PREMIUM WILL BE
ADDED TO ALL PURCHASES. ALL SALES WILL BE SUBJECT TO
STATE, AND LOCAL SALES TAX LAWS FOR NEW MEXICO.

Not responsible for accidents. All purchases must be paid for within
two hours following conclusion of sale. Lunch will be available.
Forklift available. All purchases must be paid on day of sale.

make no warranties or guarantees as to genuineness, authenticity of, or
defect in any lot and will not be held responsible for advertising
discrepancies or inaccuracies. All sales are final when awarded to the
successful bidder.

Buyer accepts full responsibility for
 all purchases made and holds the Auction Company and Owners
free of any liability in the event of theft or disappearance of
any items purchased.

Announcements made by the auctioneer on the day of the sale take
precedence over any printed matter pertaining to this auction.
Despite our efforts to avoid withdrawal of sale items from the sale list
after they are advertised, it may become necessary; therefore, the
owner reserves the right to do so.
 

Attention: All equipment must be removed from sale site within
10 days, or ownership reverts to auctioneer for his disposal.
